The brand Swingline is synonymous to reliability and quality when it comes to staplers. The price and availability are good at Walmart. The delivery was also fast and timely.

I remember my parents having this product at home. They used it for everyday paper work and we used it for homework. I purchased one to use at my desk when I got my first job and I still have the stapler. I use it everyday and I love it.

This stapler is so durable! I work as a school secretary and people and students are always "borrowing" my stapler and this one always comes back working and unbroken!

This Swingline stapler is constantly jamming. I owned Sears stapler for 20 years and never had any problem except I inadverenly left the stapler next to the garbage bin and the trash hauler took it by mistake. Would not recommend this product to any individual. 0 for meets expectations, 0 for value and 0 for overall rating.

The product should be fine, it's a stapler. Heavy duty, Swingline is a quality brand. However...I am disabled & ordered this since I can't get out much anymore, especially in the terrible weather. Package arrived UPS, opened it up & was ready to use...no staples. I suppose it's my fault for not reading the description closer, but EVERY stapler I have purchased in the past came with at least "sample" staples (maybe 20 or so). Nothing. So I am now stuck with a stapler & NO staples, no way to get them until I am lucky enough to get a ride to the store again in sub-zero weather (I won't pay the ridiculous shipping for a box of staples). Be aware that the product DOES NOT include staples & order a box to be shipped along with your product.

Metal...it was the standard, now it is hard to find. Metal + stapler = happiness.

I've used this brand for years at work and decided to get one for myself. Worth every penny. Sure glad I got one.

Perfect for the office, durable quality. I would recommend this for every office, its just never breaks me like some other brands I have tried.
