As a chronic pain sufferer being able to lie down and sleep is not easy, but the first time I laid on this mattress for a short time I forgot about my pain. The mattress surrounded me in all the right places (without a pillow under my head or body pillow under my knees). I waited over a month to write my review, just to see if my thoughts changed. But I love it just as much now as I did the first night.!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new mattress for our master bedroom for years. We were so happy to find the Blakefield. The mattress literally had everything we were looking for in a mattress: Cool Action™ Gel Memory Foam with a premium Individually Wrapped Coil system for enhanced pressure-relieving comfort, targeted support and heat dissipation for a cooler, more comfortable sleep. I am not a fan of super firm mattresses so I was pleasently surprised to find the Blakefield comfortable and plush but also firm enough to support my body weight. From the first night owning the mattress my fiancee and I both noticed a huge difference in our sleep. We slept like babies. My fiancee proclaimed this mattress to be the best one he has ever slept on! We both woke up for the first time in years without any stiff joints or back pain and we both felt fully rested. The mattress is amazing! With our old mattress I could literally feel my fiancee move and shift around during the night; yet with the Blakefield he can toss and turn all night long and I feel nothing! The Blakefield is perfect for me as a stomach sleeper as well as my fiancee who tends to be more of a side and back sleeper. The only huge con about this mattress is we find ourselves not wanting to get out of it. It is so comfortable we want to spend more time in bed! Overall we are very satisfied with the Blakefield and have been telling our family and friends looking for new mattresses about it!

I wasn't sure to choose between the Perfect Sleeper Luxury Hybrid Blakefield Plush mattress, or the Serta Luxury Hybrid Elmridge Super Pillowtop King mattress..but I know after sleeping on the Blakefield mattress I made the right choice! It adjusts just right to my body, and it's not too firm or not too soft to where my body sinks down on the bed. It was time for a new mattress, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

My husband and I purchased this mattress a month ago and its been wonderful. We'd been sleeping on a queen mattress for our entire marriage (12 years) and knew it was time to upgrade. We went to the local Sam's club to try out different mattresses. We needed something that would hold up well, but also not overheat us since we live in a hotter climate (central FL). This mattress fit the bill - supportive enough that we wouldn't have issues with back pain, but soft enough to not cause pressure points. We do feel it is slightly warmer than we're used to, but that might also be the duvet we chose. All in all, it's great! My husband, the 3 kids, the dog, and my pregnant self can all fit comfortably for movie nights or family story time. It's been a huge winner for us!

We were looking to replace a prior Serta mattress we purchased at the store and had for several years. Thought we'd try this program and purchased this mattress set. We like our mattress to be firm but this one just isn't cutting it. We've slept on it for a couple of months thinking we could make it work, but there's simply too much motion transfer and the edges sink. We'd like to exchange it and try an "ultra-firm" mattress and are even willing to pay the difference. Sadly, the transaction cannot be handled online and the phone service is unsatisfactory. Sam's Club said they had to contact Serta (twice) and Serta said it was Sam's Club responsibility (twice - and we should request a supervisor at Sam's) so we are stuck in the middle. Our feeling about this program -- if it sounds too good to be true, it must be. Listen to your inner self.

Our daughter was moving from WI to GA. She found this mattress at her WI Sams and we ordered it for club pick up the day we arrived with the moving truck in GA. It was ready and waiting for us. 5 minutes for pickup. It's so comfortable, she melts into it.

One of the reasons for choosing this bed was the cool gel. Had had a memory foam and roasted. Thought this would be better. It still absorbs body heat so I wake up in the middle of the night with the mattress too hot to sleep, so if the cool gel is one of the draws, this bed is not the choice. The set up was not great in that the men left a small smear of dirt on the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have been searching for the perfect mattress or mattress and topper combo. He likes it plush and very squishy and I like something with some firm support. We've tried firm mattresses and he complains. We've also tried very plush mattresses that make you feel like you're laying on a marshmallow. The Blakefield mattress provides the softness my husband wants with the support that I want. Most soft mattresses make me feel like my whole body is sinking in and since there is no actual support to it, I wake up with aches and pains. There was none of that here. When I first laid on this mattress, I was worried about how plush it was. After sleeping on it for 2 weeks, I can say I love it. No more aching back and joints when I wake up. Although it is soft and plush, it also provides support. I can't attest to the cooler night sleep as I'm always cold but my husband says he doesn't wake up as hot and sweaty from sleeping on this mattress. All in all, we've found our perfect mattress and would highly recommend it to others.

This is the mattress set for our guest bedroom and it is too high and very difficult to get in. The other identical set we have had for a couple months is great, however this set is not usable for guests who come to visit. How can this be resolved? We love doing business with Sam's.

Brought this mattress 3 months ago, hoped that I would adjust to the sink in the center. But , not yet. This is so uncomfortable, On the left side it is soft you will roll to the floor if close to the edge. The middle sinks in as it meets the hard right side of the mattress. Very disappointed Serta. Oh ,the white glove delivery was great. They should have 5 star rating .
