I was skeptical of purchasing a mattress on line without having the ability to try it out. No worries! This is the best mattress we have ever purchased in our 30 years of marriage! It is firm, yet does not feel hard like many firm mattresses do. Serta did an excellent job of cushioning the top layers. We are sleeping so well and are very pleased with this mattress. We purchased the low box springs and it is just the right height. I highly recommend this mattress!

Mattress is very comfortable; providing good support, but not so firm that it creates any pressure points. I bought the adjustable base and new mattress at the same time and thought that the "White glove delivery" applied to the whole bed that would be delivered together; wrong! The base was delivered separately and was just dropped off at the front door. It is very heavy and cannot be moved by a single person. I had to get help to drag it into the house. The setup is pretty simple, but you have to do it yourself and need at least 2 people. The mattress was delivered the next day and they did bring it in, unwrap it and placed in on the base.

I have not had this bed 30 days and I am going to return it (currently waiting to get a number because the Serta line on Sam's club website does not deal with returns and did not have a number for me but did transfer me to Sam's customer service). Everyday me and my spouse wake up with a backache. The mattress is soft......but its seems to sink and you have to climb out of a hole! Like the support aspect of the bed was forgotten. This was mentioned in some of the other reviews and it is not a lie! Because of this my entire back and neck hurt, which is why I am returning it. I am hoping that the return policy is simple as this is a lot of money for a product that doesn't do what you expect it to!

Have only been sleeping on the mattress for a week and both my wife and I are sleeping so much better. I move around quite a bit during the night and have not disturbed my wife yet, in comparison to our old mattress I would wake her up every time. It is very comfortable from the get go. I will update my review as more time goes by.

After trying this out in the store and how nice it felt, I ordered this unit with the white glove delivery service. The delivery service doesn't setup a date and time and work with you, they tell you to be home a certain date and time. The mattress arrived and is super firm! I called serta sams club, they said to give it a couple weeks for break in. I gave it a couple weeks and thought the delivery guys brought the incorrect mattress, so I called serta sams club back, the guy said no way thats the mattress, its suppose to be soft & plush. After this I made 5 calls to sams club, transferred back and forth multiple time and hang ups , I was able to get another mattress delivered. The replacement is just as hard and firm, nothing like in the store. I'm going to have to load the mattress up myself, take it back to sams club and head to an actual mattress store. What a mess and bad service!!!! Been a member since 1999 & a plus member.

We tried this at a club and decided to order it and have it delivered. It's very comfortable and cooler than our previous Beuaty rest

Bought this mattress to replace our memory foam bed. Very comfortable and sleeping much better at night.

If you prefer a mattress that your body sinks into, as opposed to lays on top of, this is the mattress for you. So far, we've enjoyed it.

I bought this a month ago to replace a different Serta that almost immediately developed a valley in the middle. This one has no valley and I don't wake up feeling like I've been put in a sack and beaten anymore. Two thumbs up.

I bought two twins for my grandchildren and they are sleeping so much better. My 6yr old granddaughter laid down and promptly fell asleep she was so comfy! Very well made with quality materials.
