I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and have rarely slept all night in my own bed due to pressure point pain waking up. This bed cushions every single part of my body whether I slerp on my side or back. I LOVE IT!

We have only had this matress 2 days but best two nights of sleep I have ever had! Delivery service was awesome! Perfect in between of firm and plush..my husband and I both love!

Had my mattress and adjustable frame delivered yesterday!!! Had a good night's sleep for the first time in a while. The adjustable foundation takes some getting used to, but I'm looking forward to many enjoyable nights on this mattress!

This is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It cradles you but is plush so you don't have any pressure points. We used to get memory foam only but after sleeping on this I'll always get a hybrid bed.

The worst mattress and sleep of my life. Unless you are desperately nostalgic for the old-timey corn husk mattress, do not buy this lumpy mattress; and if you do, then hate it like I do, be prepared for a hassle on the return. Poor communication is the norm here. So, you'll be surprised when the guys show up to deliver when you least expect them, and perhaps still in bed like we were. We could not utilize there strength and helpfulness for set up. It came weeks before the anticipated delivery date and we did not have the new frame in place yet, so they had to set the mattress in our foyer (lovely) and we set it up on our own and also discard our own mattress; not as advertised. So much for "white-glove delivery."

Started sagging after less than a year. Sam's club said call Serta. Struggling through the warranty process now.

Not happy with quality.. Mattress seam ripped out where side handle attaches when positioning mattress on bed as soon as it arrived

Had a select a number and was have stiff back and neck. So purchase the Serta and my problems are gone. Should had bought one years ago.

Taller than my previous mattress but is less firm which is what I wanted.

This is a very plush, comfortable mattress. Like sleeping on a bed of clouds!
