As always Sabra Hummus is amazing!

You can definitely taste the garlic. I would suggest that if you have some people that don't like garlic not to mix the spoonful of garlic in with the rest of the container! But the hummus is very smooth and has a great flavor.

Maybe if they roasted it a bit I could tolerate the amount of garlic, but there's way too much raw garlic on this product

I used to always buy Sabra hummus. It was great. This time it was terrible. The hummus had a very sharp bite from the garlic. Roasted garlic is always rich & mellow. This was so harsh, it tasted like RAW garlic which it probably was. I had to throw it out. Such a disappointment!
