These bars are great, ate these the other day, awesome for the keto diet I'm on.

I tried these thinking they would be a good mid morning  or afternoon snack - I was wrong.  These are very dry and are kind of like chewing on cardboard. I tried  a few bites  and couldn't finish the small bar.  Just not  something I would enjoy eating.

Not what I expected

I have always eaten a scoop of peanut butter on a spoon with a cup of coffee as a filler before a later meal or as a meal. These bars are a great substitute, especially if not at home. I was not sure of the fruit and chocolate addition but all the flavors complement each other. And not sweet either.
