These tires were replacement tires for those that came on a 2011 Camry that was purchased new. The difference between the original tires and these are significant. These tires are quiet, smooth and I gained about two miles per gallon in gas mileage. I drive about 90 miles per day round trip to work. When I need to purchase new tires, these will be the ones that I choose.

I replaced the OEM tires on my new 2009 Civic LX-S Sedan within the first 200 miles to maximize trade-in value of the tires to upgrade to the much superior Primacy MXV4 in the OEM size 205-55 16H. The Michelin's have provided an almost unbelieve combination of excellence in dry/wet cornering and braking; smooth ride; winter traction and long wear. At 15,000 miles they show virtually no wear. They do "sing" mildly at a high pitch that is not objectionable. Hard to imagine a better tire choice for this sport version of the Civic LX 4-door sedan. The additional bonus is the LRR compound. Driving the car relatively hard on long trips with A/C at 75 mph average yields about 37 mpg (automatic). As a very particular car-enthusiast, I have long been satisfied with various Michelins, on a number of cars over the last 30 years, the Primacy MXV4 may well be the best I've owned.

I am a true believer in Michelin tires. They came on my vehicle when I purchased it in 2007 and I continue to choose Michelin. As a person who was on the road "a lot" due to my occupation, I always counted on knowing I had safe, reliable tires on my vehicle. The tires have great longevity. I have had a few questions in the past about my tires and I found Michelin customer service to be outstanding in providing guidance and direction. I like the fact that I get correspondence to prompt me about tire rotation and when it might be time to get new tires. I have not had any problems with my tires which I purchased in 2011 & 2012. The tires ride smooth and wear evenly with appropriate rotation and wheel alignment when needed. The tires handle exceptionally well in the rain on wet roads. I feel safe knowing I have Michelins on my car and I will purchase new Michelins when the time comes. A very satisfied customer.

This is the 2nd set of Primacy MXV4 tire I put on my 205K miles car. It works great in dry, rain and snow weather. My car corners well and quiet in the highway. Definitely will put another set of this tire for next time, if my car will last me another 70K.

I bought a set of these tires for a 2009 Civic EX Coupe after my Turanza's started getting noisy and started hydroplaning on wet highways. I've only had the tires for two weeks, and they are definitely a couple notches above what I've had. The ride is quiet and extremely smooth. The braking is normal (I don't really pay attention to that), and the handling is good. I haven't tried them in wet or snow, yet, and unfortunately I will never get the opportunity. Here's why the opportunity will not arise. I found out, like another reviewer on here, that when these tires get on a grooved surface, like you'd find on most interstates today, the tires tend to track on them. What I mean by that is the tires follow the grooves, making the car feel like it's being hit by wind gusts. Also, when I go around a bend like an off-ramp or on-ramp with grooves, the tires seem to slip out and then back in, like getting hit by wind or what-not. Because of this, I don't feel the tire is safe, even if the traction is superb and it really isn't slipping. I took the tires on a trip up north to North Dakota, a round trip of nearly 900 miles just a few days ago. I had many different surfaces to test the tires on, and every time the road became a grooved highway, it became a bit more difficult to maintain my lane of travel. If the surface grooves weren't very deep, it wasn't that big of a deal, because the difference in handling was minimal, but when the grooved highway was a bit deeper, and a bit wider width between grooves, the car was practically a nightmare to control. On all the other surfaces the tires excelled! Overall, I'd give these tires a great recommendation. However, if you live in an area with numerous grooved roads and/or highways, I'd say find another tire, unless you like the feeling of your car getting pushed around by wind. Overall, I do rate these tires highly, but I cannot stand the feeling of getting blown all over the road when there isn't any wind gusts due to the tires tracking on grooved highways.

Believe it or not, I got 105,000 miles on my tires so far and they are still usable for few more months. That right there tells you how good these tires are. I dont think I have to say anything else. They are worth every penny! Best tires period. I am happy.

These tires replaced the factory installed tires perfectly. The original tires were Michelins too but I noticed the quietness and smoother ride instantly with the new tires. The old tires were 5 years old, and good tires but the new tires prove how much tires can change in 5 years! Keep up the improvements, I can't wait to try the next generation of tires in 5 years.

I love these tires: they last a very long time (I drive about 10,000 miles per year) and I love the ride. People are always surprised that my car is a brand that is known for it's "economic" cars because these tires give a "luxury car" ride. Have had more than one set and will buy again.

This is the second set of MXV4 tires I've had on my Kia Sedona van. I ran the first set for over 65,000 miles and still had safe tread on them when I got this set. I traveled across the country and back over the last 3 1/2 years with no problem through rain and snow and always felt like I had control at all times. They might be a little more expensive than the standard tires but they are worth it. I've had tires from several of the leading brands but none have lasted like these and given the performance you expect from a quality tire.

purchased (4) michelin ptimacymxv4 tires on jan.7,2010.,about 3000 miles ago.on the begining of this year i started loosing air in all four tires.in further examination found lots of cracks on the side walls.dealer claims not covered by warranty.hope michelin company will look into this matter. i have used michelin tires on all my vehicles for the last 40 some on years,with no problems at all.
