I own a 2006 BMW 325Xi, ...

I own a 2006 BMW 325Xi, which I dearly love, but it did not come with Michelin Tires. While the BMW had excellent handling when it was new, within a few thousand miles the handling seem to lessen and it tracked very poorly on any uneven or rutted roads. (Most of the freeways and hiways in our area have ruts or grooves from vehicles with chains on in the winter.) The OE tires were wearing badly and had uneven wear. I had the front end alignment checked several times by both my BMW Dealer and a local (Michelin) Tire Dealer. Each time it was reported to be good. At just over 20,000 miles on the BMW and with the OE tires badly worn, my husband replaced the tires with the Michelin 205/55 HR 16 Primacy MXV4. Not only did the handling improve from day one with the Michelin tires, but the ride quality and quietness was better than when the car was new. Our snow here in the Northwest can be quite heavy at times and for the first time I felt I could drive up any hill in the snow without a problem, or the need of using my tire chains. But the best news is the fact that I have more miles on the Michelin tires now then when the OE tires had to be replaced, and all four tires have even flat wear and currently have 8 to 9/32nd of tread remaining. Thank you Michelin for a wonderful tire!

only ever bought these used....still oh so satisfied

best tire ever, bought them on some custom rims with low tread, found some more on craigslist (basically new) and I totally LOVE them, 100% would recommend for any car. I have not driven them in the winter before though, I have no need with a set of XI-3 tires on a separate set. loving Michelin -sam

What a difference these tires make

I looked up the test results online and thought these were the best for my EX35. WOW what a difference, a very quite ride, and great traction. They are very nimble and I'm getting used to the fast response of the tires. I later realized I put the same tires on my wife's G37 last year.

More miles less bucks!

With 40,000 miles and counting, my primacy will last for the full term of it's rating. The secret, correct tire pressure checked every other week. Not forgetting proper wheel balancing and vehicle alignment. With Michelin tires you get the confidence that you and your passengers are safe because of the quality and performance built in each tire.

Mile After Mile With Little Sign of Wear

This is my second set of Michelin Primacy Tires. I had them on my Lincoln and now on my Lexus. Non-Michelin tires I used in the past wore much quicker and I had to inflate more often. These tires look new even after 10,000 miles of driving and keep their inflation for a much longer period of time. Sure Michilen tires cost more, but on average I had to replace less expensive tires twice as often with the same mileage ratings. I feel safer with Michelin tires on may cars and that counts for a lot. When I ride on Michelin, I feel Protected.

Great tires for a Mazda 6 in the snow

I purchased a set of the Primacy MXV4 tires to replace the original equipment Energy MXV4 tires for my Mazda 6. Where the Energy MXV4 was mediocre in many respects, especially in the snow, the Primacy MXV4 replacements have proven to be far superior, quieter on dry pavement, solid handling in the rain and great traction in the snow (and boy, have we had snow here in NH this year!). I definately recommend them as the tire to buy - I think that they are even better than the Defenders on my wife's minivan.

Wore out after 25,000 miles

These tires came stock on a 2017 Toyota Sienna. They wore out after about 25,000 miles and needed to be replaced. I run snow tires from the middle of October to the beginning of April, the few times I have been caught with these tires in the early fall they fail miserably in any snow accumulation. They were quiet and they all wore even.

extremely happy

Just put a second set on a 05 Ford Freestyle. Am expecting the same results from the first set, 70,000 miles on a 60,000 mile tire and they still had tread on them. Tires provide a nice quite ride, smooth handling, and in the Midwest, great handling in the snow.

Disappointed in wear

I bought these tires to replace the OEM on my 2010 Honda Accord LX-P on 9/23/2012. My car had ~ 40K miles at the time. Flash forward exactly 2 years to today (9/23/2014) and I was just informed that I will need new tires before the winter - the tread is down to 4/32". My car now has 68K miles so it's only been 28K miles and the warranty on these tires is supposed to be 60K. What is interesting is I had to replace a tire 8 months ago and the tread on that one is down to 7/32" - that was only 8,000 miles ago! I keep my tires inflated with nitrogen and they are rotated regularly. They do ride and handle nicely so I would recommend them as long as you can afford to replace them often! As for me, I will be investigating a longer wearing tire....

2010 & Still Stellar Performance in 2013

I am very pleased about this product. I am on the road a lot and feel very secure AND comfortable with these tires. July 2010 until now, August 2014, I've had to put a SMALL amount of air in my tires TWICE! My gas mileage is great and the tires handle corners very well! This year I had to suddenly stop for this child and I didn't experienced any extra traveling when I had to apply the brakes suddenly.
