You get what you pay for!

My Acura came with this model and size of tire. After 73,000 miles I replaced them with a different model and was disappointed. The next set was a set of hand me downs, so I had little say in the matter. When those wore out, I went back to the Primacy's and have been happy again. Wet or dry, the handling and braking are fantastic. I feel safe driving in any conditions.

Didn't get 24,000

These came equipped on our new Sienna. They wore quickly, were quiet but were useless on wet roads after 10k miles. Even had one that needed to be replaced (side puncture) and it was almost as worn as the other four. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THESE TIRES. LTX is better!

Great Primacy Tires

Tires are the fourth set of Primacy's I have bought for various cars. All of the tires have been extremely durable, very smooth and do well in performance situations requiring good handling, grip in turns and quiet ride. I have never been disappointed with having these tires on 3 different vehicles I own.

Using these tries on my ...

Using these tries on my Audi A6 Avant greatly enhances the 4-wheel drive capabilities of the car. Both wet and dry traction is very good and braking is excellent. Having a bad back, comfort is a very important consideration when chosing a tire. While not the softest ride available, the comfort is such that long trips (3+ hours) are no longer an ordeal to be dreaded. I remain relaxed without anticipating the sharp pains and spasms I had gotten from my previous tires.

Loud MPG Killer

After referencing professional reviews of this tire I elected to purchase them for my hybrid vehicle. Michelin's reputation, the reported good rolling resistance and ratings factored into my decision. Immediately after having them installed I noted a drastic 4-5 mpg drop in my mileage and was astounded how rough and loud the ride became in contrast to the OEM tires. I cannot recommend these tires, especially for hybrid vehicles.

Solid Performance

This is my second set of Primacy tires on the same vehicle and I am very pleased with the overall performance. I drive about 15,000 miles a year, mostly in town driving but with two or three trips per year of 500 miles or more. What I like best is the security and value of these tires. What I'd like to see improved is the traction on wet pavement; I get occasionally spinning of the tires on initial acceleration.

You get what you pay for!

When you buy a premium tire like this tire and it does what it is supposed to do, then its a great tire! What I see when I read the comments about what people don't like, and then I see that their car has front end issues, bad ball joints and anything that could affect their tires and the ride, their review isn't worth the time to read. I have these on a 2011 sienna van with 29000 miles on it. They are a wonderful tire that one would expect. Good in rain, normal couple of inches or more of snow, and they handle and ride very good. Tred life appears to be on track with what I would expect. Living on the Wisconsin border with Illinois we have such a mix of weather. Will be putting these on my other car next summer.

Great tire

These tires came on my 2014 Camry Hybrid. I got 130,000 KM from them and can't understand why other reviewers got so much less. When it was finally time for a new set, there was no question that I would choose the same tires. In addition to being smooth, reasonably quiet and secure (note, I don't do any driving in the snow), they helped me get much better mileage than the car itself promised. Although they are very expensive, I feel they are a great investment I'm only sorry that Michelin is discontinuing them.

100k and still going

I have 105k these tires that are 3 years old. My honda civic with 185k. I still have life left in them. I rotate them every 7500. Awesome tire and will only use these tires on this car. My only dilemma where to buy them. I just hope the next ones will make it to 300k.

Excellent road tire!

Replaced the OEM Michelins with the MXV4's and they are excellent for the 2005 Cadillac De Ville. It is a large heavy car and the tires provide excellent performance in every way. Good fuel economy, tight cornering, sure footed braking and smooth ride. The Cadillac travels the Interstate, rural highways here in North Dakota and are good rain, snow tires when driven reasonably. If the pressure is increased about 5% over the OEM door pillar recommendation the tires provide better stability in cornering and better fuel economy.
