Michelin Defender LTX M/S - 255/55R18/XL 109H Tire

These tires are performing very well on city streets and local roadways. Not sure about highway driving at higher speeds yet.

Must be issue with tire. My previous LTX MX 2 tires were a perfect ride!
Trying to figure out to get help from manufacturer to resolve it.

Causing vibrations at 70 to 75 mph

We use our Full Size 4X4 SUV mostly at freeway speeds. The tire is very smooth and quiet, with outstanding handling. Top of the line for sure.

25000 miles and the tires are worn out. I used them on a F150 shortbed that hasnt hauled anything heavier than groceries.

Low mileage

Excellent tires for my Jeep. 

I took off the factory tires and had these installed.   Quiet and smooth and excellent traction in the rain .

I replaced my LTX tires with the Defender LTX M/S. These tire make a lot of road noise. Would not buy again.

Outstanding tires!!!

Excellent quiet all season.  I reside in the country in a snowbelt region, have a long lane and icy underneath occasionally,  never failed me.

I be replaced my last 5 cars with Michelins and will be adding another to another car...all seasons were excellent in snow on my suvs

Hooked on Michelin

These tires were purchased Feb. 26, 2021 on a new vehicle.  The date today is June 19, 2023.  I have driven 18,500 miles since my purchase and the wear bars have already shown on two of the tires and the other two tires are close behind.  This is only with highway driving.  I'm very disappointed with the reliability/wear of my Michelin Premier LTX tires.  Needless to say, these tires have shown excessive wear.

These tires are very quiet and offer a comfortable ride

The tires are still fairly new to us. So far they have performed really well. They are pretty quiet on the road. We have had the car out in the rain and they seem to handle and grip well in wet conditions. Overall we are happy with our choice of tires.
