I like lean beef. This cooks up fast and it's not greasy or chewy. My second choice when not purchasing ground Buffalo.

Handy 1 lb packages. Use this to make Shepherds Pie. Packages freeze well, so it is good to have on hand.

High quality meat, packaged in handy 1# packages. I freeze these and defrost a pound at a time when i need them.

The meat tastes fresh and my only criticism would be that it seems like water may be added before packaging.
