Excellent for anything needing an inexpensive low-fat high quality ground beef! Packaged in one pound packets that work well in “Hamburger Helper” type products. It also allows you to use one and freeze two for later.

I like this hamburger for tacos, lazagne, and other dishes that call for ground beef. I don't like it for hamburgers. Hamburgers are dry and somewhat tasteless. Hamburgers need a little more fat to taste good.

Just made a B-B-Q with this tonight. Tasty with my home made sauce, onions, sweet peppers, and fresh garlic. Also added in some cannellini beans. Love that this is low fat, as well as, tasty

Yes, the packaging, price, and leanness are great. That's why I have bought it multiple times in the past. But, am I the only one that seems to get bits of bone and gristle in almost every single 1 pound package?? Even if the beef tastes good, having to pull out bits of bone and gristle is unappetizing for yourself and for others to do and/or see. So, I keep going back to the bulk packaging for our ground beef, which I have never had this problem.

This is the only ground beef I buy. Very little fat which makes this choice a healthy option.
