Received an inactivated $100 gift card order online. Too much time and mind for emails/phone calls back and forth -highly inefficiently and poor customer services, which I have never expecting from Sam's Club, my favorite high reputation wholesale club. They confirmed with me 2x that "So sorry but Now your gift card already activated and ready to use but still no money in the gift card - I also went to local Sam's Club for assistance (The representative here double checked and confirmed that the gift card was inactivated) then took 2 months to eventually got the refund! I would buy gift card in store here with in person activation but never again buy gift card online at Sam's Club! This is the only incident at Sam's Club online order I ran into that got resolved very unprofessionally, otherwise, I/my family have always been appreciated Sam's Club services.
