The amount of whole milk we drink can vary significantly. So I find myself either out of milk, or having it go bad. We don't like the shelf milk, and the non-fat powder is gross. We drink the Horizon fresh milk so I was excited to try this. WOW. It is really good. I mix it, chill, and no one ever suspects that anything is different. It costs more per serving than fresh so it will not replace it, but it sure is nice to have on hand when we run out. It saves me money overall, as I don't over buy 'just in case' Really good product.

Not lactose

This dry milk is so versatile and convenient. Easy to mix up a quart for daily use and for baking needs. Perfect to take along on camping and road trips.

I am not able to drink normal whole milk whether it's organic or non organic. I am not lactose intolerant nor gluten. After my pregnancy my stomach gut just became sensitive. Every time i drink whole milk i start having heartburn / stomach discomfort and so i stop drinking whole milk. With this milk though, it gave me hope and i can finally enjoy drinking milk again!

was unaware this contained sunflower lecithin. I wanted milk, Not sunflower lecithin. there is absolutely no reason to have it in there. if I can return this I will.

Horizon organic powder milk taste just a regular milk and I only drink Horizon milk since I came to US.

I love that we were able to find this in a whole milk form - all other dry milk powders in the past were low-fat (although there seems to be more available these days in whole milk). We usually drink kefir or other fermented products but need milk for recipes sometimes (heave forbid my husband try to sneak kefir into our pancake batch again!!) and always ended up wasting what milk we didn’t use because we couldn’t buy just one glass. Anyway, this is perfect. Clumped a little towards the end of the container but we have also had this container for like 6 months now.
