Best tuna available

I love this tuna. It has so much more flavor than the chunk light stuff .

EXCELLENT QUALITY

With so many other brands of canned tuna, you have to "pick" out mystery pieces but not with this tuna. Always top quality with consistent tuna coloring and flavor.

Worth every penny

This tuna is delicious, packed in olive oil, it doesn't need to be drained as thoroughly as others. The olive oil helps retain texture and flavor. I hope Sams keep bring it.

Pricey but delicious

Somehow, this tuna from the Genova brand always seems more flavorful than other brands. So far, I've only had the "easy-open" ring-pull lid fail on me once--otherwise, that's very convenient. The 5-oz. size is just about right for one large serving or two small ones, and this is a particularly good tuna to use for other recipes which include tinned tuna-fish as an ingredient. It's a bit pricier than other brands, but for me, the flavor is worth it.

This tuna will be my first choice from now on

This will be my go-to tuna from now on. It is so tasty that it can actually be eaten with a fork from the can with nothing added, unless you'd like to squeeze some lemon and grind some pepper. Was just looking for a tuna in oil, rather than water, why pay for water, right? And had not seen this available at Sams nor tried this particular brand before elsewhere. It has a good flavor simply by itself with exceptional premium quality. Here's to hoping Sams continues to carry it and doesn't raise the price too much beyond its current introductory price.

This tuna is U.S. made. It is really good and I think it's not as fishy as the imported ones from Asia.

Great, Great Tuna

The Genova tuna in olive oil is just wonderful. So much better than tuna in water. Makes delicious tuna salad.

Canned tunna

Dry like other canned tuna. Good taste but not sure it is worth the price, i would still buy again.

No value for the money.

We eat tuna regularly, once a week in salads. I wanted to give this Genova tuna a try as I thought it may be something special and different than cheaper brands that we usually buy in olive oil. Unfortunately there isn't a difference and I can't justify the extra cost to give this a good review. The tuna still comes from Thailand and taste the same as other brands. I will not buy again.
