Good basic office tool

This is a great basic office printer, if you don't need any bells or whistles. It's both reliable and easy to use. I've had no problems so far.

first laser pinter

So far so good. This printer is easy to set up, in limited use has produced vey good print jobs and we are happy with the quality and price.

Toner Cartridge Replacement Too Early

Have had printer for a very short time, already have had to buy a new toner cartridge. Have not printed very much to equal a new cartridge.

We understand that you are unhappy with the toner yield of the Brother HL-L2300D printer and we'd like to help. Page yields for genuine Brother cartridges are based on the ISO/IEC 19752 testing standards. The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content. Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage will use much more toner and, naturally, will shorten the life of the toner cartridge. No cord

Very difficult to use a printer without any sort of connection cable... since this is not bluetooth or wifi be warned Brother does not send you a cable to actually use the printer.

AWFUL PRINTER

This printer never works. It takes so long to boot up, to print anything, and it will NEVER get the wifi correctly. Highly recommend you do not purchase this.

Excellent Budget Priced Laser Printer

Excellent value & quality. I wouldn't be able to afford a laser without the option of this Brother. Great on envelopes, vastly superior to printer it replaced at twice the cost. Wish toner were more modestly priced though.

I'll never do business with Brother again

The instructions for replacing the ink drum were put together in a way I couldn't understand. There wasn't a written directive or explanation of one of the steps needed. I ended up having to buy a new printer.

very convenient

The reason not giving a four star as there wasn't a printer cable included. Never said in the ad that It was separate so couldn't hook up right away. Had to order.
