Short and sweet, this printer creates excellent images and text, duplexes perfectly.. It is easy on toner and will feed any and all paper thrown at it. That being said it is a bit on the noisy side, but given it's price point and performance that can be overlooked. I am pleased to say I would purchase again without hesitation.

I replaced my old 1170w brother printer with this after many years of economical service. This one is also definitely a winner. It's basic easy to setup and operate and does exactly what it says. It prints out quick convenient and clean. I've had this one for three months and could not be happier. If the other one was any indication then this has many more trouble free years to go. Print quality is fine. Rating?-definitely 5 stars.

Pros: Great machine at a very reasonable price. It laser prints automatic double-sided b&w plus lots of printing options, all in a very small package. I rest my laptop on top of it so the footprint is minimal. It must be reasonably close to the computer since it must be connected to the computer with an Ethernet cable. Cons: My only issue is why it prints on both sides of the paper when there is only one page to print. My Brother MFC knows not to do this. Conclusion: This is probably the best deal out there for a b&w laser printer.

This printer has been in-house just over a month, & is an excellent alternative to 4-in-one versions that waste toners, drums, paper. There have not been any issues, & hopefully it will function for a very long time. Being a laser, it offers quality prints just in black & white which is no large sacrifice for small businesses & one person operations. It's compact size & lack of complicated connections is much appreciated. It is interfaced via USB as I am not a fan of Wi-Fi. The price was very reasonable, & there are no regrets looking back.

Bought he printer for home office use and really love it. It prints pages quickly and crisply, has a compact size and has a lot of easy to use features. The quality for the price is excellent. Just connected it to the computer and moments later it was up and running.

I couldn't install Brother software on my Mac mini OS 11.4. The printer is useless now

For the price I recommend this printer for your everyday workhorse.

Great printer for daily use. Easy to load paper and cartridges. Super quick printing.

The product prints pretty fast, isn't all that loud and doesn't hemmorhage ink like it's auditioning to be Tarantino's printer.

After spending so much time and money keeping my laser printer doing its thing, this machine is so simple and quick.
