Bed sinked in within a few months, hurts my back when i wake up and now they won't honor the warranty. Now I'm stuck with a really expensive mattress as well as a very uncomfortable one.

Too darn hard! Even soft version is like sleeping on concrete. My husband has major arthritis and the pain is too much. It just won't work for us, regardless of how long the breaking period might be. So sad. Was looking forward to a cloud.

I like the comfort of the mattress but after sleeping on the bed for just a few days the foot part of the movable base stopped working. Now I get to figure out how to get it fixed.

We recently purchased the Tempur-cloud Elite. My husband says it's the best Christmas present to each other. Best sleep ever .....should have bought it years ago as less tossing and less body aches.

This is a high quality product. Extremely comfortable and has significantly improved my sleeping. What I don't like is the fact that you can easily slide off the sides and fall if you are not careful.

Not as comfortable as expected after break in period. Still seems "stiff" and does not seem to re- mold very quick after Changing positions during night. No love, or hate , just OK.

We bought one over fifteen years ago and after eight years it was sagging we called and sent pictures and it was peplaced so we are sold on your product and service that's why we wouldn't have anything else
