Poor Perforations - Will Not Tear Off Without Shre

Cottonelle has been my favorite toilet tissue for many years. However, my last two 36-roll packages purchased at BJ's have had a quality control issue. On about 50% of the rolls the perforations are just barely visible, or not there at all. This makes it very difficult to tear sheets off cleanly without shredding the roll. Is this a known problem? Should I return the partial package to BJ's? Should I switch brands?

Seeking WIDER rolls!

We used to use Charmin. Switched to Cottonelle when Charmin made the rolls narrower. Then Cottonelle followed Charmin and made the rolls narrower. By 2017 Cottonelle has done yet a SECOND roll narrowing - SHAMEFUL. Another reviewer suggested Cottonelle Classic with the ORIGINAL width of 11 cm (I saved one original sized roll for future comparisons). To move to 4- or 5-stars, we need to see 11 cm rolls again!

Changing brands

I have been using Cottonelle toilet paper for over 5 years and have never minded paying a bit more for it,but I am so upset about the changes in the quality and quantity of this product I am switching brands. I found an older roll in my closet and the comparison is unbelievable. The new rolls are narrower, less dense and weigh about 1/2 as much! Shame on you!

Not riding the wave

My family and I have been using cottonelle exclusively for years. The wave is an inferior product and I intend to find a new brand.

Cottonelle 1 ply tissue

Your one ply bathroom tissue is as soft as the multiple ply. I love it and my family has no complaints either.

Bring back the Wide Sheet

Meg roll

I DO NOT like the new meg roll paper. It does not fit on my paper roll holders nor do they fit in my toilet paper holder. PLEASE give me back the Wide Sheet rolls, I LOVED them!

We offer that extra large width from time-to-time at Costco, so it's not always available. While we didn't discontinue offering it, the availability does depend on your store's distribution. We';; share your feedback with our team that you'd like to see it available more frequently and, in the meantime, stock up when you see it near you!

Too BIG

The over size does not fit the the hangers!! So you must change the hanger, so I don't like this over size rolls. I like the 24-12 much better. Thank you for asking a reply.

I WILL ONLY BUY COTTONELLE TOILET PAPER. IT IS THE SOFTEST AND THE ONLY ONE TO PROVIDE COMPLETE CLEANLINESS WHEN WIPING. CHARMIN AND OTHERS DON'T COME CLOSE. ITS ONLY COTTONELLE FOR ME.

Best TP product on earth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft, yet strong. Very efficient; needed less product so the roll lasted a while. This is the only TP I will buy from now on! I received these products complimentary for testing purposes.
