Perfect sizes for making lasagne or any other bulk sausage dish.

Just this evening my wife made meatball sandwiches with 2 pounds of this product mixed with a pound of ground turkey. Everyone had seconds on the meal, including kids ages 7, 5 and 1. The baby gobbled up the chopped up meatball and demanded more. I actually had forgotten this was the Member's Mark product, and thought this tasted just as good as Johnsonville sausage. Beyond that, the price is amazing for 2 pounds. At the local grocery store, if you can get Johnsonville on sale for 1 pound that's uncommon. I am looking forward to using this again in other dishes.

Very nice taste!

We used this to stuff some cubano peppers with cream cheese and cheddar cheese. The sausage browned up nicely and was not overly greasy in the process. the smell of it cooking was fantastic and we enjoyed the peppers on the windy, cool day after halloween! would 100% buy this again to use in more recipes
