Puffs Ultra family size

This product is the best tissue I have EVER used, however i cannot find these in Ultra family size in any store that I shop in now. I have to by the small pop up.. What am I to do?. I have a pop up box in every room but like the larger old Ultra product. The store says the company orders and stocks and vice versa.Please help

Usually the best

I've bought this product(Puffs Ultra) for years - it's the only one I like- but something happened. This last box was fine until I got to the middle of the box. Then they were scratchy & rough, not up to normal standards, and now my nose is sore. This has never occurred before. What Happened?? I am not concerned with the price increase- just want the previously stellar product!

We're here to help and would like to share that the softness of facial tissues is directly related to the amount of lint. The softer the paper, the more lint there may be, however, an excess of lint can build up on the manufacturing line as well. We regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint that could drop onto products, so that they should reach you in the best possible condition.
