The new colors do not go well with hme decor. The older, or previous designs fit much better into the decor of our homes. What was the reason to change a perfectly fine product?

The Puffs boxes are absolutely UGLY. I have used Puffs for years and now I close my eyes when I reach for one. Not only have they limited the amount in each box, the colors and designs on the boxes themselves are deplorable.

I used Puffs Simple Softness for years and loved them...didn't want lotion and they met my needs. The ultra soft shed no matter how I use them. Who wants to walk around worrying that they have tissue on their face?! You're in the business of tissues! Why would you make a product like this? Please bring back a tissue without lotion that doesn't shed. Thank you

Puffs Ultra Soft are soft on skin while still being durable enough to withstand the worst cold. They're unscented and unmedicated — perfect for any time. I prefer them to the Puff's with Lotion because these don't leave any residue; this means they can clean your glasses too! I won't buy any other tissues.

This tissue has gotten worse and worse. I have been buying Puffs for more than 30 years and the current product is so much worse than it used to be when it was Puffs Ultra Soft (without lotion). Thinner, plys come apart immediately. The only positive thing is much less dust.

Half of them only have 1 ply, so when you blow your nose, you may as well be blowing directly into your hands. Other times the tissues rip clean in half, which yes, it's paper, but I'm not ripping it out of the box like the Hulk. Then all of a sudden, 3 tissues come out at once. These babies can get expensive. I just want 1 whole tissue. Overall this product is just okay.

I've been buying these tissues for years but I will no longer do so. When you pull out a tissue the two layers separate so you have to put them back together to blow your nose. Also, they are flimsy and no longer soft even though the box says "Ultra Soft". The manufacturer has ruined the product. Don't waste your money.

I have allergies year-round, so having a good tissue nearby is a must, and Puffs Ultra Soft never disappoints. They're super gentle on my nose, even when I'm reaching for them all day. No irritation, no dryness, just soft comfort. I keep a box on my desk at all times. They're a lifesaver during allergy flare-ups. Definitely my go-to tissues!

This is the best soft tissue around! So inexpensive. I keep one in the car, purse, church pew, and office! Doesn't leave any parts behind. It soaks up the runny nose and doesn't tear off. The tissue doesn't have any scent and the packeting makes it easy to up out.

I have been a Puffs user my entire life but I feel that the quality of your product has diminished greatly. Not only are they not economical anymore but they fall apart when pulling out of the box and the quantity has diminished as well. Therefore, I will no longer be buying your product.
