Nothing compares

I have tried other brands, but nothing compares to Puffs! They are the best - whether you are removing makeup, fixing an "oops" while doing your nails, or are sick with a cold, none do the job like Puffs!

Changes?

I have loved these tissues for years! Now, am I correct in remembering that these used to be 3-ply and more than 56 in a box?!? What happened? They just don't feel as soft as they used to!

No Puffs to Go?!!!

Where are the travel size Puffs Ultra? I moved to Washington from Colorado and can't get them. Please say I will be able to get them in the future. You can't be thinking that your competitor's product is even on par with Puffs?

Where is the "STRONG" and Soft???

Where is the "STRONG" and Soft??? I can't find it anywhere and my husband is SUPER picky - the Puffs STRONG and Soft tissues [in the cube] are the only ones I can buy. You have apparently stopped making the STRONG & Soft

We're so glad you asked, because we have good news! Earlier this year, we changed the name of our Ultra Soft & Strong tissues, to simply Ultra Soft. That's it! They're the exact same great quality tissues that you and your husband are used to, just with a shorter name.

Poor packing design

Pull the first tissue out of the box and 6 of its friends come with it. Several torn half single layers mixed in the first bunch. Frustrating and doesn't look nice on counter. Box colors could be better.

We're so sorry to hear your Puffs haven't dispensed easily, and that some were torn. We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing. SO we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 777-8337.

Please stop filling the cubed Puffs box so much! When I begin a new box, I waste 2-3 tissues just to to get a tissue out. The boxes are too jammed fill.

Low quality for high price

I was willing to pay more for a tissue that was not rough. My latest purchase feels rough as the cheapest brand! Very disappointed in a product I use to like.

Quality control failure

I have been buying these for quite a long time and have always been satisfied. But lately quality control is not good. I am finding many tissues cut in half lengthwise. If this continues I will have to find another brand.

Not as good as old basic (simple softness)

Has a cardbordish smell and are not as soft as the old basic puffs. which had no smell. Going to kleanex. same smell but at least they are cheaper when buying bulk.

Love the tissues but hate the boxes

I have been a long time Puffs user, especially the Puffs Ultra. I really love the tissues, but hate the current selection of boxes they come in. Please P & G, come up with something for the "not so hip" generation.
