Great flavor, but sometimes have to clean the eggs since there is still excriment on them. Have not gotten sick from eating them. Definitely organic.

These eggs are always fresh. Cook up good no matter if they are hard boiled, fried or scrambled. Tastes great, lasts long and good price!
