Best Life Span use

These came on my used 2018 Crv. They were put on within 1000miles of me buying it. I have literally gotten 55k miles out of them and prolly do have about 5-7k miles left of wear. They were off the chains for the whole year. Never did I question their reliability. Had a smooth ride and didnt I repeat, DID NOT have any issues shredding tread or short life. Maybe because my car has a great alignment and I dont drive like a race car driver but dont drive like gramama either. You just dont step on the gas like a crazy person or slam the brakes cause you arent paying attention. The few times I may have they gripped well. Would recommend and will be buying more if the quality stays the same

Tread Wear is the worst I've seen

These came with our Lexus RX 350 we purchased back in 2021. I live in FL so no worries about winter wear. The car is driven recreationally since COVID as we work from home. The car has 19700 miles yet all 4 of these tires already need to be replaced!!! Wow Michelin, like another reviewer said, I used to swap out tires when I bought a new car with Michelins but after this experience I'm not sure I will go Michelin in the future.

Michelin Premier LTX

I purchased these for my 2012 Chevy Colorado because of the wet weather traction and wear out warranty being 60,000 miles. Wet weather traction has been great, long term wear not so much, I have almost 20,000 miles and I am almost to replacement time, sorry not good.

Cheyennesport, as previously advised, there is a mileage warranty on your tires. Once the tires are worn out, the selling retailer should be able to initiate a mileage warranty claim based on the mileage you received. Have the dealer give us a call with any questions.

Short Life Span

I only have approximately 17, 700 miles on these Premier LTX tires. The mechanic doing my regular maintenance red flagged all 4 tires. Why do 60K mile tires last for less than 20K miles. I do live in a rural town and have to drive a ways to get to the stores but I'm not doing any four wheeling in my Acadia. They have been on my car less than 2 years.

Lousy Tread Life

These came as original equipment on my 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I took that as a sign of Toyota's investment in quality. So I was extremely surprised and disappointed to be told by my dealer at 32,000 miles that they would likely need replacing at my next visit at 40,000, and that is what has happened. I've bought many Michelins, but for the first time I'm questioning the wisdom of that.

Pathetic

This tire came from the factory on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. At first I was excited to see that my new Jeep came with my favorite brand of tires, Michelin. The excitement didn't last long. They are surprisingly loud on pavement. They perform poorly in snow, are dangerous on ice, and hydroplane in heavy rain. I did rotate them and watch their air pressure, but now at only 34,000 miles they are worn out. I would be embarrassed to put my brand name on these tires. Pathetic.

Dano12, we are sorry to read that you are not satisfied with the mileage you've received on your original equipment tires. There are several factors to consider with regard to tire wear: type of vehicle, driving habits, driving style, geographical location, maintenance, etc.

Tires did not last!

I bought two sets of these tires from my dealer. What a mistake! They didn't last even close to the 60K mile warranty. The first set only lasted 35K miles. My dealer gave me a prorated cost for the second set, but those lasted 40K miles. Extremely disappointing!

Fabulous Tires, Especially in Wet Weather.

The absolute best tires I've ever owned, and I've owned all of the top brands. I don't know why so many folks have rated these tires low. This is my second review of these tires, and the other review I only had 5k miles on them. Now, I've put 60k on them, still have amazing tread left, and they grip the road very well. I live in New England, and use these Premiers year round. They are more than adequate in the snow, and are seriously beasts in heavy rain. No hydroplaning whatsoever, even at 60k. I think that I have another 10k left.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in needing tires at 20K miles...

I also have a 2022 Lexus RX350 and was told I need new tires...with only 20,247 miles on my vehicle!! How is this even possible? I ALWAYS take my car in to Lexus for service, rotate the tires and was told I need new ones. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would expect better from from Michelin AND LexuS1

Dee670, sorry to read your tires are in need of replacement. We'd suggest taking your vehicle for an inspection of the tires by an authorized Michelin retailer. Ask the dealer to call us at 866-866-6605 while you are there.

Safety Hazard!

Bought a new Buick with these tires. At 16,900 miles they are no good. Never have liked the ride, bumpy since day one. Tread IS worn down they won't pass inspection. I know it's not the way I drive because I qualify as a safe driver by black box history according to my insurance company. DO NOT BUY THESE TIRES. THERES NO WAY THESE TIRES WOULD MAKE THE WARRANTY COVERAGE OF MILES. Maybe you can get 10k miles and that's it. They are flaking and I've been told not safe to drive on. Michelin needs to pay for my replacement tires from Goodyear. Dangerous tires.
