Happy with tires; person helping in Flint, MI Sam's Club tire dept. was rude and unhelpful suggesting I could not utilize paid for roadside tire warranty coverage care without specific credit card being present in future....Hmmm didn't know my paid for tire warranty was only good with a specific credit card being present....had to talk to management then got run around with "claim they(management )didn't work in the tire dept."? Really? Finally, phone calls made up the chain of command and I was verbally assured specific credit card would not have to be present to use paid for tire warranty in future; a big nuisance, unnecessary headache and hassle... not to mention a waste of my time on a tightly scheduled day... hopefully Sam's stands behind their management's word?

Replaced original equipment tirres on our Subaru Outback. These tires were recommended by our service people and I think they gave us good information. They seem to ride smoother and quieter than original tires and if the expected treadwear is as we were informed we will be extremely happy with them. I feel that they are a great tire for the price.

These are the 10th set of Michelin Tires I have owned. Most of the sets were for my trucks and were awesome tires. They are more expensive than regular tires but I definitely believe that you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more upfront and get more than 80,000 miles than to repeat buying more sets of tires that don't last.

7000 mile history with this set of Michelin Tires - Have been impressed with low road noise something I highly value and have not always experienced in other premium tier lines. Most have been satisfactory when new and I consider these Michelins still new given only 7000 miles on them.

I have been driving Michelin tires exclusively for more than 40 years with nothing but praise for their quality and performance. So it made this choice of tire purchase pretty simple. We now have several thousand miles on this set of tires and they are performing exactly as expected.

THE DEFENDER 2 TIRES HAVE AN EXCELLENT RIDE, QUIET AND GREAT HANDLING/CRUISING AND CORNERING. WE'RE READY FOR AN EAST COAST TREK FROM SOUTHERN ONTARIO TO HALIFAX AND ACCORDING TO THE DOT CODES, NOVA SCOTIA MANUFACTURING FOR OUR TIRES :)

Since having our Michelin Defender tires installed we've felt a remarkable difference in handling performance, comfort on all road conditions and overall better drivability.

Compared to the OEM tires we replaced, we're enjoying greater peace of mind w/our new, Michelin, premium-quality, std. touring, all-season tires on our mid-size SUV. These tires provide exceptional tread longevity w/an 80k-mi. warranty. They also offer excellent dry, wet, & winter traction along w/responsive steering, balanced handling, stable cornering, & a quiet ride. For maximum safety, even wear, & extended mileage, we had a 4-wheel alignment performed at a reputable nearby shop immediately after the tires were installed. Just be sure your alignment shop can clearly explain the digital printout of the measurements taken with a "before & after" comparison against your specific vehicle's factory specs, incl. details re: the camber, caster, & toe for all 4 wheels, along w/the thrust angle for your rear axle. Some tire centers offer a pkg. deal for free alignments for the life of your vehicle, which is a good investment if you plan to keep your vehicle for more than a yr. Alignments are recommended annually, & the pkg. price is often about the same or even slightly less than the price of 2 alignments.

These are the most expensive tires I have ever purchased. They are performing fine. They have normal traction and drive handling. The jury is out on how well they will last. My hope is that they are worth the expense for extended treadwear. They certainly have an excellent reputation. I expect safe driving and exceptional longevity.

Got new tires. Haven't driven enough to review. Difficult to complete registration process. Dealer did not put Dot numbers on any documents. No tear out wallet card provided with emergency number. Waited oh hold excessively long time to try & contact Michelin. 12+ minutes to answer. I can only imagine having a flat on dark country road & them taking even longer to answer! Wonder what the emergency roadside service time will be. So sounds like terrible warranty I hope I never have to use.
