I purchased this brush through Walmart and was shocked when the bristles on the head were utterly destroyed in less than a month. I was hoping it was just a bad head, so I purchased the replacement set. Within a week the same thing was occurring. I guess if you can afford to put a new head on it every couple of weeks it's okay. It's a real shame. I really wanted to love this brush.

I purchased this toothbrush for my shower thinking it would be great to have it on the wall instead of in my shower caddy. Unfortunately the magnet doesn't hold the toothbrush on the disc and it's a huge waste of money.

Best looking, feeling, reusable toothbrush we have used. I would like to see the same bristles that are on the best manual toothbrush... seems like those clean better but overall nice to use.

Got the brush a month ago and love it! However, the bristles are already worn and there are no replacements available... If the heads are going to wear out that fast, replacements should be readily available...

Wonderful product, but the fact that I cannot buy new heads is a little pathetic. Have you honestly not been able to get new ones on the website in weeks ? Oral-B, you are looking like amateurs. Get it together.

The toothbrush just doesn't seem to be worth the money to me. It doesn't stick to the magnet unless it is completely dry. I got this product expecting more but it did not meet my expectations
