My girlfriend and I have had this mattress for a few months now and we are sleeping even worse than we were with a 10 year old regular mattress. After hearing all the great reviews about tempurpedic beds and going to different stores and testing them out we decided to save up for one. We decided to purchase the mattress through a retailer because we were buying other furniture from them as well. After a few weeks of sleeping on our new mattress we weren't very impressed. We thought maybe we would give it a little more time and nothing. After calling the retailer we purchased the mattress from and finding out they don't have any satisfaction guarantee's we were EXTREMELY disappointed. Then checking into Tempurpedics policy...we got no where with that as well because we didn't buy the mattress directly from them. So here we are now sleeping horribly on a bed that costed us A LOT of money! Definitely not happy and will never buy another Tempurpedic bed again!

Our bed with adjustable base is so amazing we can't keep our kids out of it. My daughter finally grew out of her crib and into a Tempurpedic of her own in her big girl bed. We thought she was just picky but after just having another baby I'm faced with the same problem. He doesn't want to sleep anyplace other then our Tempurpedic. Can you please start making crib/toddler bed size mattress? Yours truly a very sleepy mother who's whole family loves your product.

I originally tried out the cloud series as I wanted a softer feel mattress, but after a few months just couldn't quite get the comfort I wanted at night. I called the rep, and told him I wanted to try out this bed, as its based upon a traditional mattress feel. the bed came within a week and I slept so much better. its a bit firmer then I thought it would be being a medium-soft, but after the first few nights of sleeping so much better, its just the perfect bed for me. I've tried serta Simmons sterns and foster all without much luck, glad I found the PERFECT bed

This is the most comfortable bed my husband and I have EVER slept on! It's expensive, but soooo worth the money! I was afraid that it would have a strong scent, because some of the reviews mentioned this, but it's not true! There is no funny smell at all! I LOVE THIS BED!!!!!!

I've owned a Tempur-Pedic Advantage for 10 years and that mattress is more conforming than this one. It's been 5 nights since delivery and all my nights have been spent tossing and turning, feels more like a traditional spring mattress. I think firmness is between 8-9 instead of 5. Wish I could swap it for a non hybrid version. Point is stick to what Tempurpdic does best, memory foam only.

We recently upgraded to a new Tempurpedic mattress and were extremely pleased with our new one. It is unbelievable how many improvements they have been able to make, I thought our prior Tempupedic was Great but this new one has me sleeping like a baby again. Thanks Tempurpedic engineers for what you have created.

We are former Sleepnumber owners that became disenchanted with the inconsistency. We researched Tempur Pedic products and chose the Flex Elite. We could not be more pleased with the consistency of the comfort. The mattress adapts to us not we adapting to the mattress. We made a great choice.

The flex elite is a wonderful combination of softness and support. I was a loyal Simmons Beautyrest customer for many years. I bought a hybrid Black model and found that the memory foam was slow to respond and gave the sensation of lying in a "dip." I guess there is a reason Tempurpedic is number one in memory foam. The difference is clear, and the flex elite feels really good.

I am an injured Army veteran and suffer daily from pains (many years of therapy!) I have recently purchased my second Tempur-Pedic (King) after owning my first (Queen - which I still have as a guest bed) for several years! I have had so many problems with SO MANY OTHER BEDS! Sleeping on conventional beds caused more pain than rest. Tempur-Pedic helps me get the rest I need!

This bed we bought ~3 months ago is AWESOME. We love the adjustable base which is useful when you've had a hard day's work. The Memory foam contours to our body perfectly giving support to critical pressure points. There is NOT a thing I don't like about our bed. This is a worthy investment. The only thing we missed out on is the free extra pillows due to deadline of promotion which we only missed by a week.
