They say you spend 1/3 of your life asleep, and with this mattress - I'm making up for lost time. My first night sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic was a "wake-up call" in the best way. I had no idea a mattress could make such a difference. My nagging back pain is nearly gone, and where I used to toss and turn, I am now soundly snoozing in seconds. I can't recommend a product more highly! Set your alarm and hop to it! Everyone needs one of these for a happier, healthier life.

We purchased a tempur pedic mattress in spring of 2016. The mattress was great to start however has deteriorated to the point me and my wife can no longer sleep on the mattress due to indentations in the mattress that exceed 3/4 in. This is within the warranty period and should be covered. The picture submitted for the warranty claim clearly showed a broomstick with a quarter standing in the gap which is the standard used by the company but the request has been rejected. Tempur pedic is standing by a subpar product that doesn't live up to the expectations set forth in the 10 year warranty.

I strive to get highest quality sleep (e.g., use Zeo machine to monitor brain waves/time spent in deep and REM) and have never had such consistent and restful sleep. My wife and I switched from Sealy to original Tempurpedic over 10 yeas ago and recently upgraded to adjustable split king Flex-Elite and have never slept so well!

The outer covering fabric pulls the mattress cover in one direction. I actually attached fabric stays to a large towel under the extremely heavy mattress to the mattress cover and that did not work. The mattress has to be over 200 lbs an do continually have to lift it is difficult for a 200 lb fit man let alone a woman like my wife

Dear tempur- pedic, When I slept on my new mattress the first time I was so happy no stress on my back or any of my joints I've had a few mattress in my day as I am 80 years in Dec.all my children have a set Got my first tempur- pedic 12 or 13 years ago--your guarantee is the best ever you sent me a new set due to a defect the first of this year no problems I can never thank you enough I love my new set Best service ever-- two sets same quality --wake up every day no pain -- no stress on my body due to tempura-- pedic❤️

I loved my bed until I had a warranty claim. Due to a major sag, that has caused severe back pain, the bed is not usable. I put in a warranty claim and they were more interested in finding a "legal" loophole that standing behind their product. To top it off they discontinued our bed so our entire investment is lost.

I thought I was getting the best mattress being a TempurPedic. It is the worst mattress I've ever had and so disappointed that I was unable to get them to honor the warranty. I had to buy a 4 inch foam topper in order to get pressure relief on hips and shoulders. This mattress is max FIRM. It seemed comfortable in the store but the new one delivered was very hard. I was told to give it time and jump on it in order to break it in. Until it was no longer able to be returned. I couldn't believe that a TempurPedic would be so uncomfortable. My warranty request was denied because it doesn't cover "comfort", but that is what they sell it for, Comfort! Beyond comfort, it made red marks on my hips and shoulders, I tossed and turned and took advil. Finally I had to admit it was my expensive TempurPedic mattress. I'm 140lbs and 5"8" so not overweight as I thought maybe you need to carry more weight to find pressure relief. They assured me that shouldn't make a difference. So bought a new different brand mattress and would not recommend TempurPedic. They do not stand by the comfort or pressure relief guarantee. Make sure if you buy one that you return in within the time allowed and do not accept the idea that you have to "break it in". Good luck

Bought this mattress a week or so ago and it's so comfy I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Provides a great night's sleep. Best mattress my wife and I ever owned and since we are in our 70's we had a few.
