He takes a regular pull one. But he doesn't like them he said they're too big. So I'm going to give them to his father.

Also they were easy to chew up and weren't so "gummy" that I had to chew forever. They are marked for men so my husband tried them and said they were ok as well. One A Day 50+ Gummies Mens seem like a good supplement for daily vitamins. I can recommend this. These gummies have no aftertaste either which is great.
