We've had this mattress for about 6 years. After about 4 years we each developed a "channel" where we tend to sleep and both of our backs ache in the morning. We talked to our local dealer about the warranty but the coverage criteria is too stringent.. must sag 3/4". Ours sags 1/2" but it feels like much more when we roll uphill to turn over or get out of bed. We now need to purchase another mattress with this one failing. We're very disappointed with our pricey investment. It was 2-3 times the price of our previous mattress which lasted about as long as this one.

This mattress has no support. If someone lays close to you you roll towards them. I think the warranty process is ridiculous. They have you take pictures that in now way will show the defect. After months of back and forth with them requesting different things they finally just denied the claim. They don't even send someone to the house to investigate. I think for what they charge they could at least do that. I would not recommend.

I do not like their new model. I have a cloud supreme 2012 at home. I recently bought the same bed without trying because it also was the cloud supreme, how would I know they changed their bed. Shoppers beware their new model is nothing like their older and does not provide comfort, they use their old model name so don't be fooled,

This is the best bed I have ever slept on. It is just the right level of softness. It contours to my body perfectly. I am a stomach sleeper and I no longer have pain in my ribs an such. I am also hoping to end my Chiropractic visits for my ongoing neck and shoulder tension. The adjustable frame is a sweet bonus as well for watching TV and reading... so cozy!

I bought this mattress about a year ago thinking that it was going to help me get a better sleep.The mattress is so hard and hot that I get no sleep at all. Truly a waste of money. I Never had back pains until I bought this mattress. It feels soft and comfortable for the first 2 minutes then it becomes stiff and uncomfortable. Takes me so long fall asleep, I am beyond miserable Now I understand when they speak of quality of life and I have no idea what I will do with it, i feel like taking it to the back of my house and sting it on fire; my mattress is trash even though I paid $3500+.

We purchased the Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme mattress a month ago after reading hundreds of great reviews and trying the mattress out in stores. We were really concerned about spending that much money for a mattress. Would it be hot? What if we didn't like it? We might be stuck with an expensive mattress. Decided to try it since we're not getting any younger. The first few nights were rough because memory foam mattresses are so different from spring mattresses. But after about a week we started liking it more and more. It's been a month and I can honestly say I can't wait for bed time now. We don't toss and turn anymore but when one of us moves the other doesn't feel it. You can actually feel the mattress form to you so softly and gentle. You don't want to move because you feel comfortable. The Cloud Supreme is not hot to us but it is winter time in Texas right now. Can't say yet if the mattress will be hot when it's 100+ degrees this summer. We are sleeping much better now. So, go buy a Tempupedic mattress. You will love it and be so proud that you decided on Tempurpedic. It's worth the money to sleep this good.

First one I bought I loved. They must have changed the design (model names had changed). Beware! In cold temperatures mattress turns hard as a rock. Was killing my hips at night, I am a side sleeper. Store that I bought it from had no exchange or return policy :-( I did not know that.

The Best mattress out there, this is our 2nd one, We wanted the split Cal King this time and moved the last one in to the spare rm, We love them, We just hope the Mother in Law doesn't stay any longer .

We have another tempur pedic, but bought this one for our spare bedroom it's hard as a rock doesn't seem to break in. The man at the store said it will after time! How long I don't know!

Have been sleeping on my cloud supreme for 3 months now and can't imagine sleeping on anything else. Don't know if I'll ever travel again unless hotels start installing memory foam mattresses.
