It is awesome for people with low back pain. We went for firm. Anything less than firm may not be good for back pain relief.

The most comfortable mattress. Soft and firm at the same time. I'm a side sleeper and the mattress really shapes to my body.

Love our split kimg mattresses, they comfortable, smooth and light. We have restful nights and they are so light that makes the bed easy to make!
