What really sold me was the perfect balance between strength and gentleness. It doesn't fall apart mid-use (a terrifying experience I've had with lesser brands), and it's absorbent enough that you don't need to use half a roll every time. Bottom line: if you're looking for a toilet paper that treats your bum with respect, Cottonelle is it.

I LOVE this toilet paper. Its amazing and I feel like it last so long. When I buy one of these I feel like I dont have to worry about toilet paper for a long while and I love that. And its sooo soft on your private parts even when you have to wipe multiple times it's so gentle and that is definitely a HUGE PLUS!

With other toilet paper I would need like 7-8 sheets and with this toilet paper I only need 1-3 depending on my business! I was worried that it would clog being so thick but that hasn't been a problem at all!

Great toilet tissue. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Its soft and absorbent. Leaves you feeling fresh and clean. Its thick enough to do the job but manages to leave you feeling comfortable. We have gotten spoiled to this brand and would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the durability of this toilet paper, it's thicker then most 2-ply toilet papers however I'm not a big fan of the "fuzz" that seems to collect on the roll dispenser. I stopped using Charmin for the same reason. (although I like this one better than Charmin) I may purchase this in the future due to the durability of it.

The toilet paper looks thicker compared to other products that I have ever used. It is very well made, high quality material. I love the adsorbency of this product, really great to absorb the water. This is exactly what I really need. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

I can't say whether or not the ridges made the difference but I had a good experience. This made me give a Cottonelle a second look as far as toilet tissue goes because I was more familiar with the wipes.
