The go to cheese for me for omelettes, sandwiches, quesadillas-not too oily, and lots of flavour but still mild for those who aren't "cheese people".

I love purchasing is cheese in bulk as I can freeze half and shred the other half as needed. Plus who doesn't love lots of cheese!! :)
