I love purchasing is cheese in bulk as I can freeze half and shred the other half as needed. Plus who doesn't love lots of cheese!! :)

Very yummy. It's very smooth and easy to cut. Great in grilled cheese. It is kinda expensive. But it's a nice treat on occasion.
