I LOVE THIS CHEESE!!! It's soooo good! I remember growing up and having to grate it. For some reason it tastes even better when its grated at home. I'll eat this on anything and nothing. Its good cut thick or thin. If I could eat this for every meal, I would!

I'm a little sad I can no longer find that extra Sharp Cheddar, but this is pretty decent for my mac and cheese. It shreds easily, it melts very easy, and it tastes really good. I don't deviate from this cheese choice with my meals. The quality is great.

The perfect cheese for every day eating. Full rounded cheddar taste not too sharp and not too dull. Tilamook 2lb baby loaf and actually registers as real cheese. A total pet peeve of mine is this cheese that masquerades as cheese these days. So checking the ingredients - Ingredients. Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (Color). The only caveat to the 2lb baby loaf is the time to cut the baby loaf, which I will absolutely do. Sometimes its a hassle but the benefit is - the excellent taste, health of my family, less trips to the grocery and the best reason and payoff for me it's taste, [product:tillamook-medium-cheddar-cheese-loaf] quality in that taste and the value that means less trips to the grocery.

This is my go- to cheese! The quality is unbeatable, and to me, it seems to stay fresh the longest. I purchase this cheese above all other brands, and my family likes the taste of it as well. Whether in the block or the slices, or even sometimes the shredded- this again will always be my go-to cheese!

this is such a stable I keep around my house I simply must have the same hand at all times. It's a delicious snack to just eat with tomatoes and broccoli or to add it in with my meal and dinner so I cook. It is definitely my favorite cheese, and I will keep repurchasing.

Tillamook is a local company to me. I could literally drive less than an hour and be at their factory, which is amazing, tourists. I love shopping local, i love that I can see where my cheese and dairy products come from. I love that the cheese is soooooo good!

Since discovering Tillamook cheese I now prefer it over other brands. I have tried to transition from pre shredded to block and shredding it myself. I grew up in the Northwest where this cheese brand is made and sold, but they only sell one flavor at some Walmart's where I live now. I'm not sure if it's because I've always eaten Tillamook, or if I'm crazy, but this is the best cheese. I've even been to the factory where it's made! That's commitment.

5 star rating, this is the ONLY block cheese my family eats. I absolutely love how rich and creamy the flavor is. Melts very easily and tastes delicious on everything. A little pricey but worth the cost. I definitely recommend everybody try this cheese at least once!

I love cheese wholeheartedly, and tillamook is without a doubt one of my favorite cheese companies. They produce so much flavor and variety, and their factory is immensely impressive. Their mediun cheddar cheese is my go-to for anything to requires cheese - which for me is almost everything.
