Michelin Tires have always been so dependable and the quality is second to none! They make any vehicle ride like you're riding on air. Excellent product! Always buy Michelins for our vehicles!! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for great tires!!!

My new Michelin Defender tires have been nothing short of excellent. They are a very stable in turns and always give you the feeling of being in control of your vehicle. They handle excellent in snow as I have a front wheel drive vehicle and still have good traction during the seasons. It also grips the road well when conditions are wet and a 90,000 mile tread life made them a no brainer. Thanks for your creation of this tire!

Purchased this tire for the 90k rating. From my local dealer. This defender tire has only lasted 48k for me. No balance issues and regular rotations. Dealer checked the tires and they need replacing they are at 3/32. Primacy 60k tire didn't last either 36k with those.

I bought Michelin Defenders 9 months ago with over 30K miles on my Honda minivan and doing great. Three replaced MV4's that wore out way too fast and ride quality diminishes after 15k mikes These are great ties with a 90k warranty. I only wish they made Defenders for my wife'sQX56 !

Became aware of this tire when working part time at a retail outlet. An all weather tire designed to help maximize fuel economy. This is important to us as we drive a hybrid auto in the Midwest where we have the weather of all four seasons (hot, cold, rain, ice and snow). Just driving around town our milaege has not imporved significantly, but we seem to be able to get better milleage with highway driving over longer distances. Very pleased with these tires.

The tires on my car were original when the car was new. At 38,000 they needed to be replaced. I have preferred Michelin tires in the past but since I had not purchased new tires in about 5 years I opted to research what is available on the market today. I checked 6 different brands of tires I am familiar with and chose to buy the Defenders not because of my bias for Michelin but because they just topped the others in the areas that are important to me: reliability, durability, road handling and quietness of ride. I have had the tires on my car for three weeks now and I am very pleased with them, they handle wet and dry roads as well as I expected and are decidedly quieter than the tires I had. I am confident in the tires and confident the company will stand solidly behind them for the length of mileage they are guaranteed for. In two weeks I will be relacing tires on another of my cars, I have already picked out the Michelin model I intend to purchase.

I bought Defender tires as a replacement on my Nissan LEAF. Low Rolling Resistance is the most important factor to me to maximize the driving range of my battery. Bottom line...I took them back after a week. While they had a nice ride and good handling, the fuel economy was totally unsatisfactory for this car. I swapped them out for the Primacy MXV4 and am very pleased with how they roll. If you want a long-lasting tire with a nice ride and handling, and are not too concerned with fuel economy, then the Defender is a good choice. Otherwise, go with the MXV4. In trying to research why I took such a hit to my range, I found on the Michelinman website where it lists the Defender's fuel economy as 8/10. The Primacy MXV4 is a 10/10.

My VUE was at 30,000 and the original OEM tires needed to be replaced. This is the first time that I have purchased replacement tires, and the first time I have ever driven with Michelin tires. I did research reviews online before I decided, and liked the ratings and comments. We live in Florida, and have frequent brief showers. My old originals were prone to skidding and hydroplaning. Drove the vehicle out, and later that first day, we had a brief rain shower; a red light and a quick stop. I was amazed at the difference. The car stopped in a much shorter distance, smoothly (no jerk or grab), and felt secure. I am most impressed, and have no complaints. Thank you for a great product.

The Defender tire is installed on a Subaru which is used as a pleasure driving car. The tire has been driven nearly 2000 miles, mainly on highways but also on several dirt and gravel roads, and performed nicely. The tire does not create excess road noise on the highway. So far it has only been driven under dry conditions, so can not comment on its handling in snow or rain.

I have these tires on 2 of my caravans for 6 months now...They are smooth riding,quiet tires with awesome stopping grip in snow and rain! Tire wear is much better than other tires I have own in past years!! I will buy these tires again without thinking twice! They are AWESOME!!
