Michelin Defender - 225/65R16 100T

I have seen some reviews saying this tire is noisy. I have not seen that.

Tires handle well and the noise level is low. In wet weather, no problems with gripping the road.

Defender is a great tire

Great Tires

Excellent handling during Tropical Storm in June. Drove 2 days through the storm.

My first Michelins at 76yr

Very disappointed with these tires. I'm used to driving with winter tires which are normally somewhat noisy.  I had the defender tires installed for the summer and I cannot hear the radio now.  Everyone that rides in my car comments and asks what is that noise.  Checking out other reviews and noticed others also commenting about the noise, but it does not seem to be a common theme.  Not sure what is the problem with the set of Michelin's I have.

So Loud

This is my second set of these tires in two years; however, do not think the tires do not last.  The set I just replaced had just shy of 100,000 miles on them and would have more except something was in the road and put a hole in one of the tires so I replaced them all.  These tires handle great and last a long-time.  For the price these tires cannot be any better!
