I purchase a full set after reading other reviews. A bit disappointed in the comfort of the ride. No more comfortable than my old stock tires.

I have had many tire brands during my 6o years of driving and I have never used one as quiet as the Michelin Defender is on any type of road surface.

this is my 3rd expieriance with michelin tires and they have not dissapointed me yet. great ride, good gas mileage, long tread life.

very good tire for the price

Very disappointed with these tires. I'm used to driving with winter tires which are normally somewhat noisy.  I had the defender tires installed for the summer and I cannot hear the radio now.  Everyone that rides in my car comments and asks what is that noise.  Checking out other reviews and noticed others also commenting about the noise, but it does not seem to be a common theme.  Not sure what is the problem with the set of Michelin's I have.

So Loud

This is my second set of these tires in two years; however, do not think the tires do not last.  The set I just replaced had just shy of 100,000 miles on them and would have more except something was in the road and put a hole in one of the tires so I replaced them all.  These tires handle great and last a long-time.  For the price these tires cannot be any better!
