Bought Michelin tires 5 years ago and have been very happy. One of the front tires was damaged from a pothole and so new tires were needed. I may have been able to get another year from the tires but didn't want to just replace the one damaged tire. I bought 4 new tires and the car rides much better ... still drove nice with the old tires but the new once ase soo much better. Very good tire ... quite the entire 5 years which I could not say of theprevious brand before Michelin ... it was so noisy after the second year I had to replace. Only Michelin from here on!!

I DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THIS TIRE . IT THE BEST AND QUIT TIRE YOU CAN BUY AND IF THEY ARE NOT SOMEING WRONG WOTH YOUR CAR NOT THE TIRE. SO WHAT O GOT 87,500 MILE OUT 1 ST SET CLOSE ENUFF ME. BET YOU CANT SAY THAT ABOUT OTHER TIRE MADE.

#1... Tires are quiet, old tires were very noisey. #2... I have noticed a gain in over all gas milage from 22 MPG to 24 MPG. #3... Our CRV now handles much better on the road. Makes it feel like a larger SUV. #4... They grip the road in rain and snow, feel like we are getting the max out of our all wheel drive. #5... Overall ride is better, you don't feel every bump in the road. #6... I think they are a good value for the money.

PURCHASED SET OF MICHELIN DEFENDERS FOR MY WIFE'S BMW. MADE A QUICKJ THANKSGIVING TRIP FROM LOUISIANA TO FLORIDA. IMPRESSIVE PERFORMANCE AND A VERY QUIET RIDE. MAYBE A TAD LOSS IN MILE PER GALLON! BUT I AM VERY IMPRESSED OVERALL. GREAT PRODUCT MICHELIN MAN!!!!!!!!!!!

i am a courier and have bought michelin energy saver tires 4 times and have been very happy. they are no longer available at every attempt to buy i was steered to the defender tire which i ended up buying. quiet, good in rain, looks like it wears well- all things i expect in a michelin tire. the problem is my 2000 honda insight fuel economy has gone from a very consistent 51 mpg to 43 mpg immediately starting with these tires. i know they were rated by michelin at 8 stars out of 10, but that is not accurate compared to the energy savers.(tires are broke in, over 20k and hasnt improved)

These have been the best tires I've ever bought. Besides the fact that they look great, the really do feel different when driving in rain, snow and dry conditions. I do not have AWD in my vehicle so it is VERY important to me that I have full control, especially in snow. With my Defenders, I feel safer in my Dodge Avenger with FWD than I did with any of my Jeep four wheel drive vehicles! Thank you, Michelin!

I have used many different brand of tires in the past years. Through experience I noticed that Michelin tire is the most durable and reliable tire and the pricing is also reasonable. The Michelin All seasons tires give good traction on snow and wet road that's the great quality feature I like the most.

To start my last mini-van had Michelin Primacy tires and I loved them. I kept up on the rotations and they ran quiet and smooth. I sold my old van and picked up a newer one and with the tires on it going old I put Michelin tires on again, this time the Defender. So far they are holding up just as well. Quiet and smooth with all the grip I need to get through good weather and bad. I've used cheaper tires in the past and they either wore out fast, got noisy, or lost their grip on the road. Haven't had that yet with Michelin tires, well worth the price. Whatever you do keep them rotated every 5000 miles and they will treat you nice, otherwise the front tires wear out on the edges faster (due to turning) and the back tires cup (flat spots that makes noise at highway speeds). No brand is free of these problems if you don't rotate front to back.

We use our Michelins for everyday around town driving. We purchased them after the mechanic we used recommended a different brand tire. The 4 tires failed after 40,000 miles. Our ride had become slippery and bumpy so we went back to Michelins, the tire I have used since 1980. Great value and wear. It is the highest quality product on the market and we are very pleased. You can buy tires for less, but you cannot get a better value.
