Super light, I think it's the only watch I've ever been able to wear while sleeping which is fun because it's sleep tracking is neat. I like the simple functions that all work as expected and the coach/suggested workouts are a good upgraded from the forerunner 35. Battery is nuts, lasting a week with 4 hours GPS workouts. Two weeks no problem without workouts and it charges very quickly.

I love this watch. I was really excited about all the features. I really like being able to look down and see my pace in real time. The ability to customize the screens you look at while running is huge. Being able to put what statistics that are important you is awesome. Over all happy with my purchase.

Does an absolutely spectacular job to track any activity with heart rate and cadence, doesn't have any crazy extra features but gets the important job done. If you don't need phone-less music, this watch is perfect for you. I personally used it for running, skiing, biking, and rowing (with the iq extra app). It also has really good integration with Strava as well through the garmin connect app.

I was looking for a more basic watch that had the key things like heart rate, fitness tracking, etc. but not too many bells and whistles as I didn't want to break the bank. The watch suits me just fine for logging trail runs/climbs/workouts. There are definitely watches with more features on the market but this is a very good option if you're looking for the basics. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something on the "lower" end.

It is hard for me to understand why and how a watch with so many options, Auto Scroll is excluded? It makes absolutely no sense to me, other than forcing customers to buy more expansive watch. I returned it back, as a deep dissatisfaction with such a cheap business approach. I've been a loyal customer for many years. Too bad.

This is my first running watch. I have really been enjoying using it to train for an upcoming event. When researching features, I found it hard to choose which model I would like. Ultimately I went with a friends recommendation and chose this one. The battery life is excellent. I occasionally find that if I have the band tight enough to accurately report my heart rate, that it rubs my arm enough to chafe and leave a mark.

I bought this watch to help improve my training and am so happy I did. I previously used an Apple Watch and the features on the forerunner are very helpful. I’ve found the guided runs are nice when I don’t know what run to do for the day. One of my favorite features is the recovery tool. I’d highly recommend this watch to anyone.

This is exactly what I needed to take my running to the next level. I just recently started running and found out how important pace is. The features that help me stay on pace and to always no what my pace is has taken my runs to the next level. Great purchase and highly recommend for any runner.

I bought this watch to track my runs & I have found that it works very well. I can see my progress on the watch as I'm running. The features it has tells me everything I would want to know about my run - pace,time,distance,heart rate, cadence. I'm sorry I didn't get this watch sooner.

this watch has been great, battery has been lasting about 2 weeks depending on how many activities you use it for 2-3 a week and you can get 2 weeks typically. very accurate GPS I've enjoyed all the features! this watch is my first Garmin watch and I'd say it's an excellent beginners watch.
