Both quercetin and bromelain love inflammed tissue so this is a great combo to help reduced inflammation in my sinuses. I have used it in the past to reduce inflammation in other parts of the body but know it's not a quick fix but natural remedy which I like.

At the suggestion of a retired doctor, I have been using this supplement for 2 years now. Since using this, I haven't had bronchitis. I have seasonal allergies and I would end up getting bronchitis. I also take mullein and both have kept me from being sick.

I have been on this since CO-Vid began and I came down with it. It was sugges ted by the walk-in clinic where I was teated. I do not go without it

this product helps my health in many ways because it helps with that allergy symptoms and low immunity. It also helps with my digestion so I take it strictly not too long after I awaken in the morning and before retiring or at dinner. this is a wonderful product and I highly recommend it. : )

Now I believe it is keeping my immune system healthy. My wife got Covid a month ago because she stopped taking this product while I did not stop and did not catch it from her.

Quercetin with Bromelain definitely has helped with my prior nasal and throat congestion. I take 2 tablets daily with a meal. I feel it has helped me stay healthy with no adverse side effects. Excellent product.

My pulmonary doctor told me to get this at my post covid checkup two years ago and I've continued to take it for enhanced immunity since I am asthmatic. So far so good.

I've bought the NOW brand a many times and have always liked them. This was my second time buying the big bottle of Quercetin with Bromelain. The ingredients in the capsules are musky and very bitter tasting unlike the other bottle that had a sweet fresh taste. I need to know how to send these back and get another bottle. Wal-mart does not sell these in the store anymore, only online.
