[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner worked well to clean my washing machine. It did require a lot of scrubbing on my part, especially on the top seal part. I had two run it through a couple of times to be totally satisfied. The smell is very pleasant. I will use again in the future. It did make a difference.

I have a top loader and I always take clothes out immediately after they are through. Although I do that, I still have that bad odor that I can't get rid of. This is really simple to use and you can tell a difference after using it, especially after 2x. The bottle is good for up to 3 uses. This really makes it easy to get rid of the bad smell. It is something that I will be doing monthly to keep the odor under control. This is a great product to have.

My washing machine looked clean and it knocked out that slight mildew smell that was in my washer! It didn't look any cleaner than before the cycle ran. Next time I would add the whole bottle to see if that helped. My washing machine is about 10 years old and not HE.
