If you like real Italian sausage, you'll be very disappointed. It's low on seasoning, ground way too fine and cooks to a really strange texture and consistency which seems to retain too much of the grease. I won't be buying any more of this brand. Sams used to have a really good Italian sausage from a different manufacturer, but something must have happened and it got discontinued when this brand came in.
