Velveeta to me is only good with the shells. The block cheese I don't like that much. Seems like “fake cheese” to me. Texture of cheese is very rubbery. Other brands of blocked cheese are better

Next time your making crock pot nachos, grab this stuff! It melts perfectly and mixes with any toppings or add ins you want to put! I do not recommend eating unmelted though. I would definitely buy this again!

I used this cheese to make Mac and cheese and it's really good. It gets very creamy and mixes nicely with the macaroni. Other cheeses get sticky and won't mix well. It also taste really good if you mix it with other shredded cheeses.
