I use this for my mac n cheese recipe. The taste is great, very flavorful. It's a little on the expensive side for cheese but it's worth it.

I use this for rotel, smoked queso dip, chicken spaghetti, chili cheese dip, etc. I will not buy off brand in this bc this melts the best!
