Feel like I have to use a lot to get my noodles to taste even remotely cheesy. My step moms is ten times better! I hate cutting it up honestly.

I use this cheese for all dips that I make for parties. The brick lasts a long time and tastes much better than jarred cheese.

It's okay,I'm not a huge shelf stable cheese fan,bit this makes really good queso dip when mixed with rotel

I love to make dips with this. the cheese has a very strong flavor, but it's also so unique. I do think the price is quite high though.

Go to cheese, when I don't want a huge amount of effort or time consuming they have mini blocks that I get also.

Love using this for all things cheesy! I mostly use it for macaroni and cheese. This block melts wonderfully.

I believe the best way to use this is to melt it down and use it in cheese dip or mac and cheese by its self, but sometimes it is a little to pasty.

This is extremely good cheese Mac and cheese without velvets just isn't the same!! This is great cheese!
