My favourite cheese when I'm making Rotel! It's thick and creamy and have a savory taste! As I'm writing this, I'm thinking about making me s pot!

We use this to make cheesey chicken tortilla soup. And also we get a can of rotel and make a dip for nachos. Both are excellent.

I use at least 2 boxes a month. Perfect for recipes and salads chips and dips macaroni and cheese. The possibilities are endless. Melts smoothly.

Hands down best cheese to make dips with!! It's so creamy and delicious! The knock offs just do not compare.
