Always, always hit the spot. Whether I'm using it for Mac n cheese or just melting it for a salsa dip, Velveeta never disappoints. Fake cheese? So what? Not everything is real this days, at least Velveeta doesn't conceal it.

Very good cheese to have on hand. Can be cubes, sliced, melted, grated and used any way cheese is needed. Has a nice semi soft creamy texture with a good cheese flavor.

This is probably one of my favorite cheeses to make queso with. I add ground sausage a can of rotel a little bit of milk and put it in a crockpot and let it melt. Pair it with some tortilla chips and you have an awesome dip!

I love using this for queso. It takes out all of the hard work by just adding this cheese and a couple cans of rotel tomatoes to a crock pot, and in a couple hours, delicious queso.
