Velvet cheese is one of my favorites to use for making chili or mac n' cheese from scratch. The taste is great, the only issue is the consistency of the cheese. It's almost rubbery and difficult to melt. But the taste is worth it!

When I purchase this cheese I use it to make a cheese and salsa dip for my family. Velvets cheese is so creamy and good. It's a bit pricey but worth the money.

We buy this all the time to make queso dip in the crock pot. It is so good we will eat it till we pop. Velveeta is by far the best melting cheese out there.
